melon bicycles ships your bicycle fast, accurately, and at a fair cost. All bicycles and accessories are shipped from our Asheville, NC warehouse, usually the same day of order. If your order is placed after 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order may be processed and shipped the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Please remember to include a physical address when ordering as UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. The chart below shows ground UPS shipping from Asheville to the rest of the country. Some accessories are shipped from remote warehouses located in different time zones across the USA.

Order Status and Tracking:
You will receive three emails when you order: the first confirms your order; the second confirms that your payment has been processed, and the third confirms your shipment and provides a tracking number. If you receive a tracking message “ok warehouse” it means that your order has been prepared for shipping or shipped but no tracking number was available at that time. Check the status of your package(s) by the tracking number at www.ups.com or www.fedex.com.
If UPS or FedEx has to make a change to the address that you provide us, they add an additional charge to us. In order to keep our shipping costs low, our policy is to charge this secondary charge at a later date if the address provided to us was incorrect. Please make sure you enter the correct address initially with apartment or unit numbers specified.
Shipping Charges are Non-refundable:
If a bicycle or accessory item is returned to us for any reason, the shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your bicycle has been damaged in shipping, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or FedEx at 1-800-463-3339. If you would like us to assist with your claim, please contact us as well.
Purchases from melonbicycles.com are tax free unless you are located in the state of North Carolina. North Carolina sales tax is added in the shopping cart.
